Account information. If you create an account: your name, email address and password (stored only in encrypted, hashed form), your email preferences, and which lessons you have marked as complete.
Messages. If you use the contact form: your name, email address and message.
Comments. If you comment: your name, email address and comment. Your email is never published.
Usage data. Like most websites, our server and analytics tools receive technical data such as your IP address, browser type, pages visited and the time of your visit.
Data stored in your browser. Your dark-mode choice and lesson progress (when not signed in) are saved in your own browser and are not sent to us.

How we use information#

To run your account and save your learning progress.
To confirm your email address and, only if you subscribe, to email you when new lessons and guides are published.
To reply to messages you send us.
To understand which content is useful and improve the site.
To keep the site secure and prevent spam and abuse.

We do not sell, rent or trade your personal information.

We use Google AdSense to show ads. Third-party vendors, including Google, use cookies to serve ads based on your prior visits to this and other websites. Google’s use of advertising cookies enables it and its partners to serve ads to you based on your visits to this site and/or other sites on the Internet.

We only send new-lesson emails to confirmed email addresses that chose to subscribe. Every email has a one-click unsubscribe link, and you can turn emails off any time on your account page.

How long we keep data#

We keep account data while your account exists. Contact messages are kept as long as needed to reply and follow up. You can ask us to delete your account and its data at any time.

Your rights#

You can ask us to access, correct, export or delete the personal information we hold about you by emailing contact@vitalstack.co.in. We will respond within 30 days.

Children#

This site is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them.

Changes#

We may update this policy. The date at the top shows the latest version.
